Who we are
This website is run by Synchronicity Technology Services Ltd, trading as D365 Support. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 7495028, and based in Oxford. We are the data controller for any personal information collected through this site. You can reach us at info@d365-support.com or on +44 (0)1865 648551.
What we collect, and why
The contact form. If you use the form on our contact page we receive your name, your organisation, your email address and whatever you write in the message. We use it for one thing: to reply to you and, if you ask us to, to talk further about supporting your Dynamics 365 system. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry you chose to make.
The form is sent to our mailbox (info@d365-support.com) by our hosting provider’s email service. Nothing you enter is stored in a database on this website, and it is not shared with anyone outside Synchronicity. We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation is live and for up to two years afterwards, unless you become a client, in which case they form part of our records for that relationship.
Email and phone. If you email or call us directly, we hold what you send us for the same purposes and the same length of time.
Server logs. Like any website, ours runs on infrastructure that records technical details of each request, such as the IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the service running. These logs are held by our hosting provider, Microsoft Azure, in accordance with their own retention periods, and we do not use them to identify visitors.
What we don’t do
- We don’t set cookies. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
- We don’t run analytics or any other tracking.
- We don’t embed third-party content, advertising or social media widgets.
- We don’t sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our using it.
